Initial Preparation

The Initial Preparation phase allows us to define the management and development team, scope the level of effort, and identify key goals for the next phase.

Design and Specification phase

During the Design and Specification phase,
our development team completes the technical/functionalspecifications documents and the overall system design document based on the validated requirements.

Quality Assurance

Maintenance phase

Development phase

Production phase

Enhancement and Evolution phase
