RKC is founded upon sound Christian principles of grace and charity. We sincerely believe that every good thing is a gift from God, given for a divine purpose. These gifts when used by God will produce results that are beyond human power and imagination. No matter what field you are in, when God’s grace becomes your driving force, there will be abundance of Joy, prosperity and "peace that surpasses all understanding".

We rely on God for our growth. Our success does not depend on our efforts or desires, but on His Grace. Our goal is to please Him in our professional and personal lives. Our principles and standards are all directed towards this goal. We will not do anything to displease Him. Our first priority is to be true to Him in everything we think, say and do. Second priority is for our customer whom we see as someone God has brought to bless us. The third is our staff who is the backbone our institution. We want our staff to be blessed so that they will become a blessing for many. We always strive to maintain these priorities in order.

We strongly believe that God has a plan and purpose for RKC’s group of companies. Our prayers are that He may use RKC to reveal His glory, and to bless many lives throughout the world. We also believe that God can bring in more results through His revelations than through any amount of human efforts.

We also know that it is God who gives the power to build wealth. (Deuteronomy 8:18). His blessings have the power to bring prosperity into RKC, its staff and the management. According to The word of God, the true prosperity comes only to those who give. "Give; it shall be given to you, full measure pressed down, running over, people will put into your bosom" Luke 6:38. God loves a cheerful giver and will make his ways straight. All of His promises of protection, prosperity and guidance are upon the Cross. We seek them and apply wherever we can. That is true source for our creativity, ideas and steps.

Two things that we focus on are Grace and Charity. By doing what Bible tells us to do to produce these, we have the power of the Cross on our ventures. No weapon formed against us shall prosper. Even if we walk through the valley of shadow of death, we will not fear because He is with us. His rod and the staff will protect us. We are anointed.
