| In the project development model, the client gives us a rough draft, requirement or an idea that they would like to see completed. We will work with the client on the requirement, budget, and timelines. Once both parties agree, we sign the contract and start the project. We will then customize a development team with a project manager from our US corporate office to manage and track all progress and keep communication open between our client and the development team. Projects are completed with either Waterfall methodology or Agile methodology. Clients can communicate with the team through VoIP, email, chat, online meetings or in some instances client can go overseas and work along with the team. 10% service charge will be added. |
